Twin beds dressed in percale linen inside a canvas tent at Valley Camp.

Four addresses, one reserve.

Two tented camps inside the reserve itself, where the game comes to you. Two coastal properties a few kilometres away, for groups and families who want the beach as well.

Choosing between them

Inside the fence, or beside the sea.

Bush Camp and Valley Camp sit within the reserve boundary — you fall asleep to it. Umnenga Lodge and Chintsa Sands are minutes down the road towards the coast, better suited to tour groups, larger parties and self-catering stays.

Dining for resident guests

Everyone at the camps eats at the Lapa.

Guests at both tented camps are catered for at the Sunset Lapa — stone walls quarried from the reserve itself, a thatched roof, and a view down the valley that does most of the work. Meals are prepared on site.

There is a bar, free wifi, and space for private functions of up to thirty people subject to availability.
