Fairy Tale
The most magical setting — fairy lights, Tiffany chairs and soft flowing fabrics, for the elegance and grandeur of a romantic Cinderella wedding.
An open-air chapel nestled in the gardens amongst the trees, water features with ponds and streams, and a thatched reception venue that opens straight into the garden.
The venue
The open-air chapel sits in the gardens amongst the trees, under an old wild fig, in a beautiful garden setting with water features incorporating small ponds and streams.
If the weather turns, a stunning chapel will be set on our covered deck instead — so the day proceeds either way, and you do not spend the week before watching a forecast.
While you are having photographs taken across the gardens and the surrounding landscapes, your guests are looked after with an Inkwenkwezi welcoming drink and snacks, or cocktails and canapés.
The reception
The thatched Emthombeni venue becomes one with the enchanting gardens when the large sliding doors are opened. High thatched roofs, rich stone flooring, and an elevated timber viewing deck looking out over the Indian Ocean and the African bush.
Your own table decor and artistic displays do the rest — the room is deliberately a frame rather than a statement, so the day reflects your personalities and style.
Our kitchen will cater to your requirements and only the finest and freshest ingredients are used. The buffet serves more than generous portions.
The package
Everything below is included in the wedding package — the structural work of a wedding day, already handled.
Complimentary overnight accommodation for the bride and groom in our luxury honeymoon suite — including a complimentary mini game drive after an enjoyable breakfast the next day.
Optional chapel extras are available at additional cost: white draping, arched draping, red carpeting, podium draping, and Tiffany chairs with cushions.
Themes
The most magical setting — fairy lights, Tiffany chairs and soft flowing fabrics, for the elegance and grandeur of a romantic Cinderella wedding.
Earthy colours and natural elements: woven lantern balls hanging from the high thatched roof, earthy stone floors and beautiful teak furniture. A true African experience.
Clean lines with a mixture of classic and rustic decor: floor-length tablecloths, candelabras, greenery and Tiffany chairs.

Choosing from one of our six available menus guarantees that we will have meals to suit every taste. Three buffet menus plus plated options.
